Under 10 Japan provides digital food guides ("Guides") that help travelers find budget-friendly meals in Japan. The Service includes both free and premium content. Premium content is accessible through the purchase of a paid plan (Weekly, Monthly, or Lifetime).

3. Accounts and Access

When you purchase a plan, you will receive access to premium content via a unique access token. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials. You may not share, distribute, or transfer your access to any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All plans are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals.
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Changes will not affect existing purchases.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to your purchase.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour refund guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 48 hours of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

Refund requests made after the 48-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, guides, and logos, is the property of Under 10 Japan and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of the Guides for your own travel is permitted.

7. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share premium content with others
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan in the preceding 12 months.
